When it comes to traveling, I defintiley prefer to travel in shoulder/off seasons. I do this for several reasons - its typically way more affordable, there are less tourists and crowds, and beaches are nearly empty! I visited both Ibiza, and Mallorca during off seasons, several years apart. While Ibiza is recognized as the party capital of the world, this reputation often overshadows the fact that this island is packed with jaw-dropping natural beauty, healing and invigorating energy, and incredible history and culture. It is said that Es Vedra is the third most magnetic place in the world, and holds the key to the most stunning sunsets I’ve seen, arguably, in my life. Mallorca is only a short ferry ride away, and is another gem packed with crystal clear waters, intricate rock formations, soft sandy beaches, tasty food, and vibrant culture. I have not yet made it to Minorca, the third island - but it is on my list for 2024!

I stayed at the incredible Play Hotel Ibiza, which I would truly rate 10/10. During my long term stay in Mallorca, I really enjoyed exploring Palma while staying at Catalonia Mallorca, and my personal favorite, the Son Caliu Apartamentos in Palmanova.
